Natacha is a certified professional in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga by Yoga Alliance. She is also certified in Yoga Philosophy by Guru Ji BNS Iyengar (disciple of Sri Tirumalai Krishnamacharya) in Mysore.

Natacha strongly believe that using the knowledge of the body anatomy in combination with adapted sequences of Asanas and Pranayama can help the Yoga practitioner getting rid of all kind of ailments. She considers herself a "dynamic-perfectionist", and relies on her great interest for Ayurvedic Medecine to guide students through a choice of proper culinary diet in order to help them gain a greater Health and achieve a better Balance in their daily lives.



Thursday 5:00pm - 6:00pm Shaking Medicine Crystal & Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath

Crystal singing bowl “baths”, Tibetan singing bowls bring profound states of balance back to the physiology of the body, mind, and soul. The brain begins to synchronize and drop into the alpha/theta brain wave states, producing reduced anxiety levels, lowering blood pressure, creating an increase in immune cell messengers and a boost in natural opiates, called endorphins. Our bodies, too, are crystalline in structure. When working with crystals, there may be profound effects on the organs, tissues, and cells, as well as the circulatory, endocrine, and metabolic systems.

Yoga has also been a huge part of Louise’s life, creating a beautiful and stable foundation for her when life seems to pull you in different directions. Discovering and falling in love with Kundalini Yoga in 2000, she accomplished Teacher Training certificate in 2009. Pranayama being a huge part of the yogic philosophy, Louise has also trained as a ‘’BreathLightBliss’’ practitioner in 2013. BreathLightBliss combines Breath work exercises with Crystal Healing and Tibetan Bowl Sound Bathing for a detox of the mind and spirit.

Grace Burton is a naturally gifted Esoteric Energy Healer, Intuitive Counsellor and Holistic Workshop Teacher. Grace guides people worldwide through their personal blocks to healing and real transformation.  Originally from Melbourne, Australia Grace has worked for some of Thailand's leading wellness retreats conducting private sessions, group classes and courses.

Her natural intuitive perception and healing ability has been trained and developed over years to effect real emotional, mental and physical healing for those who seek.  Guiding people through their past, life challenges, personal blocks and importantly guiding clients to spiritual life awareness and awakening that results in their own empowerment.

Katie discovered her deep and profound passion for yoga several years ago while living in the United States. From there, she took her personal practice on the road; traveling through several countries in South America as well as Turkey and South Africa before completing her training with the amazing teachers at Rishikesh Yog Peeth in Rishikesh, India and beginning her journey as a teacher. Katie has experience teaching several styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative and she strives to include elements from each style to create well-rounded, judgement free, alignment-based classes. She believes that the practice of yoga is beautifully unique for every individual and she strives to explore that with her students in each of her classes, encouraging and guiding each person in truly making their practice their own.


Thursday 6:00pm - 7:00pm All Levels Yoga
Dorka is a friendly and openhearted traveling yoga teacher, originally from Hungary. She loves to share her passion about yoga, and also the knowledge she soaked up during the years of practice and her intense time in India. Her classes are slower-paced and based on traditional Hatha poses, focused on alignment. As a former dancer, she believes in the power of physical contact and uses plenty of hands-on adjustments. She includes different breathing techniques, partner and group-work as well, creating a safe, balanced and enjoyable practice for beginners and more experienced yogis too. Everybody is warmly welcomed!

Margo has been working in the welfare sector for over 30 years and as a Clinical Social Worker for the past 15 years. In her work, Margo uses Narrative Therapy that focuses on people’s stories and their interpretation of these stories. She has a special passion and skill for working with women and young people. She also uses mindfulness practices in her life personally and with her clients.

Stephen Jeanes has 30 years experience and is an expert in his field. He has an amazing ability to pick up certain “things” about your personal situation and needs, and will then advise on which course of action to take. He offers advice and guidance to you, using one, or even some of the varied therapies he has developed over many years of healing people. He has also taught meditation in both one-on-one and group environments, including the use of mindfulness and breathing techniques (pranayama) as a therapeutic tool in his work.
